The Northwest Texas Business and Industry Data Center (NWTBIDC) is a service provided by the Northwest Texas Small Business Development Center (NWTSBDC) in conjunction with Texas Tech University, The State of Texas, and the Federal government. The NWTBIDC provides a variety of services to counselors in the NWTSBDC network.


Currently, the NWTBIDC focuses on demographic and business statistics and market research in order to compliment the services provided by the counselors in the NWTSBDC network.


Over the course of five years, the NWTBIDC has continued to expand its services. For the 2006 fiscal year, the NWTBIDC has processed 515 requests for a total of 990 hours and hired an additional student assistant to increase our capacity.

Access to the SBDC National Information Clearing House
